Marshana has retired 23 years from the military, received numerous military accommodations  Achieved 3 degrees from two different universities. Career includes: Professor, College Administrator, Government Contractor she has also served as a Peace Corps Jamaica/Community Service/Church Activities, Children and Mother Program – Prison Ministry, Battered Women’s Ministry, CASA – Court Appointed Special Advocates.
