Ep 89: Reach Your Summit of Success with Lee Nadler
The Himalayan guides who lead guests to the top of Mount Everest is what inspired the highly accomplished Lee Nadler to found Sherpa Marketing; and in-turn inspire his clients to reach their own personal Summit of Success.
Lee is a creator of game-changing ideas, who leads by example and galvanizes teams across organizations. Lee has built and transformed businesses as a leader across all disciplines within the marketing industry for B2B and D2C companies. He started his career at leading agencies, launching Snapple at KBS&P into a global phenomenon and as President & CEO of Digital Pulp, which he built into a top 50 Digital Agency.
Through his many life adventures, Lee has realized that Reinventions are not always exact and there can be excitement in the unknown. Since COVID, Lee has found meditating every day to be vital for his mental health and has created his own process that you can find on his blog, www.TheSherpaPath.com. Through meeting the Sherpa people on a trip in Nepal, Lee discovered servant-leadership and what it is like to serve others while being their leader all at once. This has benefited Lee greatly and has made him a better team player and leader throughout his career. He now works with companies and individuals to reach their own Summits of Success and is following his passion every day!
