While Xbox, Square Enix, and People Can Fly have announced that Outriders, the upcoming looter shooter will be available to play via Xbox Game Pass day one - but only for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series. This has obviously frustrated a number of PC gamers, as Xbox Game Pass for PC and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate also provide acess to a vast number of PC games. So why is this happening?
