ep. 9 - 5 Ways to Handle Anxiety in the Moment

In Episode 007, I talked about my own experience with anxiety, and the long-term goals or 'treatment' to get rid of anxiety once and for all (okay, get rid of it most of the time). 

In this episode, I'm giving you the 5 tools I use IN THE MOMENT when I do experience anxiety. Anxiety can feel scary, and these tools will help bring you out of the anxious moment back to balance faster. The more you use them the faster the process will be!

5 Tools to Handle Anxiety in the Moment: 

1.  Notice & allow it
2. Describe something
3. MOVE!
4. Acknowledge it
5. Know that it will pass
