In this episode, we talk about anxiety disorders, such as GAD, OCD, and panic disorders! I start this episode out with reflecting on Cpl Daegan Page who was one of the 13 servicemembers who died in the Kabul attack. We welcomed him home on Sept 10th. I also reflect on 9/11 and all of the deaths lost that day.
