Huge Show update guys!  First off the new microphone finally came in and it is AWESOME!  As per the Tuesday episode goes training is going great.  It appears that my running abilities have not diminished very much with the time on the bike.  

We have two, TWO potential interviews for the show.  We have two different people responding with interest in the show and working on setting up schedules.  So excited to get this information to you guys!
