This week I discuss the love and hate relationship I have with my phone. This infinite cube of knowledge that I stare into learning nonsense and searching for a ditto. Our phones have grown from Nokia bricks to devices of endless distraction and terrible neck posture. Its important to remember to put them down and look up. 

I also rant a bit about social media and the ideas of celebrities' in politics.
