In this episode, Andrew talks to Claude Weber about his experience of being a championship director. Claude is a balloon pilot from Luxembourg. He has been the director of many events, including in Europe, the World Air Games in Dubai and he will be the Championship Director of the World Championship next year in Austria.

Claude shares some of his background, his experiences being a competition official and some of things he has been doing with the FAI Ballooning Commission.
