I realise that I'm still finding myself in situations where something in my surroundings or life is making me and others uncomfortable and I don't have time to wait for anyone else to mention it. Sometimes, if you wait for someone else to address an issue, it may never get addressed. Why suffer in silence? Speak up. Remember, it's the squeaky wheel that gets the oil. ;-)
