Phoenix Suns Head Coach, Earl Watson, teaches us the importance of embracing love and letting it be driver through our lives. He believes that 'love' unifies all of us which is the message he instilled in the youth and professionals he works with daily.

In addition to love, he believes that we as people must focus on continuous momentum as he lives by the phrase: "Be 1% Better Than Yesterday". He also shares how he was able to overcome a family tragedy using these ingredients from his teachings, his acquired knowledge and positive attitude by choose love over hate. Earl encourages everyone to fill their lives with love no matter what the circumstances may be.
