This episode is a bit different from the others. Usually I am very upbeat and jovial but this is something that has weighed on me before and is sometimes a very difficult topic to discuss.

Firstly, this is never easy to be so vulnerable about wanting to take my own life, but I wanted to share because I think we fail to realize how common these feelings are. We are never alone, and there are better ways of dealing with our emotions.

I love you but the Lord loves you so much more
