The word of God repeatedly emphasizes the power we hold in our words - they have the ability to either give life or bring death. As believers, it is important that we have faith in all that our Savior tells us. In the present times, we are exposed to an overwhelming amount of content, which we consume incessantly. I took it upon myself to examine some songs, both those that are explicitly blasphemous and those that promote negative emotions such as sadness and even grooming.
 
 I barely scratched the surface of the vast number of songs that promote sexual immorality, lustful fantasies, the glorification of money, and violence.
 
 We need to be more aware of the lyrics in the songs we sing and the messages they convey. It's time to take responsibility and stop mindlessly repeating words without understanding their impact.
 
 As believers who have been born again, we have faith in all that our savior has said and we must act accordingly. We are no longer of this world, so I strongly encourage you to pray and seek guidance on whether or not the music you listen to aligns with your faith. Remember, we must stand firm in our beliefs and not conform to this world.

I also share my response to the feedback I received regarding my comments on the blasphemous lyrics in Taylor Swift's new album.

 How great a forest is set ablaze by such a small fire! And the tongue is a fire, a world of unrighteousness. The tongue is set among our members, staining the whole body, setting on fire the entire course of life, and set on fire by hell. For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and sea creature, can be tamed and has been tamed by mankind,  but no human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.
