This episode deals with suicide, suicide prevention and survivorship My guest is  Retired United States Army Commissioned Officer, Ca-Asia Lane. Several years ago her spouse, also an military officer, decided to take his life.  After that tragic moment, Ca-Asia began on a journey to find a way to support others to deal with this mental health issue.  She chose to combine, her journey, her book, her leadership skills and dance as way to help others become  "Free to Dance."
