Today I want to talk to you about shifting up into more peace and prosperity. I believe most people are searching for a way to feel peace, to feel calm and centered and looking for new ways to make money and be prosperous in this time in history more than ever. 

 

However, I am seeing and feeling so many people are challenged by the current world circumstances and struggling on how to best navigate this pandemic.  On a world level, we are all concerned with our health and well being, but I have found, especially being a business coach, most people are more concerned about the financial impact of COVID-19 with their business and in our economy. 

 

We are all feeling a range of emotions, both feel good emotions, as well as emotions that feel bad.  I encourage you to allow yourself to FEEL everything; embrace all of your emotions. Most people attempt to ignore or deny the emotions that do not feel good, they want to numb themselves, but the problem with resisting your emotions in anyway is, whatever you “resist will persist”. 

 

If you aren't feeling calm and peaceful right now, the only reason is because you're in some form of resistance to what is, meaning you are not allowing yourself to fully feel your emotions and you are getting stuck into thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that do not serve you.  

 

Know it is easier than you may realize to shift out of fears and anxieties and to “embrace to erase”.
