Today, our own Jay Siano interviews Joanna Rotonde, SR manager at Regency Centers, an owner, operator, and developer of dominant, grocery-anchored retail centers located in the most attractive U.S. markets.
Some of Rotonde's career achievements include: Helped identify, underwrite and close over $700 Million in acquisitions totaling over One Million square feet from 2008-present. Connected and developed relationships with institutional owners and private investors within the Northeast Region. Initiated and managed several developments and redevelopments. Monitored and assured timely completion of the investments. Initiate, plan and manage the marketing and leasing plan for several development/investment opportunities. Completed leasing deals with many National, Regional and local tenants throughout the Northeast; retail and office leasing with an emphasis on national retailers and prominent restaurants.
