Ep. 9 - Make Tax Season Super Simple with This Monthly Process

As a virtual assistant (VA), managing our monthly finances doesn’t have to be scary. Join us as we share what hasn’t worked and what we’ve learned along the way to make this your easiest tax season ever!


Here’s what I do each month to track my income and expenses:

  • Print a paper copy of all receipts and bank statements
  • Input income and expenses in a spreadsheet (Find or purchase a spreadsheet that does all the math for you!)
  • Make sure my spreadsheet matches my bank statement
  • At the end of the year I send my CPA a link to my spreadsheet and that's it. My taxes are done!
