My brief, honest take on the shame I feel shame as a yogi that in this election season who hasn't always been able to keep a very yogic outlook. My thoughts on how we can stay grounded in our love and our yoga but still take a stand for what we believe in. This doesn't make us bad yogis, it makes us human beings.
