However, by noticing and allowing the judgments to flow, one can witness how these judgments present all their personal instabilities and insecurities, and not other people's.  Zapheria also speaks about the two polarities of Sisterhood Wounds - the victim and the perpetrator. Owning the victim piece is very easy, Zapheria claims. But acknowledging that most women are also perpetrators can be confronting.
