In Episode 9, I discuss the ethics behind the Oxford Utilitarianism Survey Questionnaire (Oxford Utilitarianism Scale)with fellow teacher John Price. This is the first visit on the podcast for John. We both attempted to find our just how "Utilitarian" we are by examining our results out of a 63 point scale. We only addressed 1-5 questions in our Part 1. In Part 2, we will discuss 6-9 and others topics within Utilitarianism in pop culture.

We spend time discussing the different questions, our answers, and the reasons behind our answers. We discussed some of the reasons people may answer differently the the survey questions based on their experiences, race, demographics, etc.
