Today's Episode

Back in 2009, my second-year cruising, I wanted to give back by sharing my story and inspiring others to never lose sight of their dreams. To do this I wanted to become not only a better speaker but to be motivational, like so many of the greats… One of which is Jim Cathcart.

When I sent that email, honestly, I never expected a reply. Why would someone like Jim take the time to talk to someone who was not running in the same circles, even though I wanted to be….

To my surprise, the very next day, I received an email back form Jim himself, and he ask how he can help!!!

Not long after, as I was passing through town, we met for coffee and we have become good friends over the years…

One year I was guiding in Alaska as Jim and his wife were passing through and I had the chance to show him the reasons why I spent my summers in SE Alaska…

It was truly a gift and honor to have Jim on our show…
