 Katie talks about her recent tour with The Human Performance Project’s 7X World Tour, a collaborative effort of navy and army special warfare operators, professional extreme sports athletes, elite medical professionals and human performance specialists who are dedicated to prevent veteran suicide and improve public health.  
 
 She also shared her experience setting the women's world record for mile run in the bomb suit, how she takes care of her mental health, and what it's like being a female in a male dominated career field.
