My guest Cici Castelli has had a very successful career, especially in the technology field, and is now a productivity coach, eager to assist you in unlocking your ultimate competitive advantage. Cici is originally from Venezuela and came to the U.S. as a teenage exchange student. She shares her challenges of staying in the U.S., against her parents’ wishes and despite the many obstacles she had to overcome. She eventually put herself through school, and likes to say that she was at Harvard, not as a student but as a dishwasher, which was one of the jobs she had. She eventually earned a college and graduate degree and has been able to climb the corporate ladder throughout her successful career. Her new book is Mindset Unlock: Do What Others Can’t, Won’t or Don’t Do for a Successful and Balanced Career and Life. She is passionate about helping you reach your amazing potential.
