Would it be an MMA guy? Bareknuckle boxer? Bareknuckle MMA fighter? King of the Streetz? Do particular settings favor particular styles? Like would a wrestler have more advantage in a confined setting vs a kickboxer out in a grass field? When we think of the world's best fighter, we think of the sports we have closest to it, but is there someone who would excel in a no holds barred fight (no weapons) to the death that isn't a professional fighter?
