The 46th annual Cleveland International Film Festival kicks off this week, in person, in its new home at Playhouse Square. CIFF associate director Patrick Shepherd joined The Landscape to talk about what the move to the new venue means for filmgoers, as well as some of the highlights of this year's festival.
