After taking a break for Labor Day, I felt inspired to jump back in and discuss how we can all get back to work with a sense of purpose, fulfillment, and joy. 

In this episode, I focus on how we can approach work with a renewed sense of playfulness and ease, especially as we move into the last quarter of the year. I talk about the importance of aligning your career with your purpose to ensure that work feels more like fun and less like a chore. Leadership shouldn't feel like a drill sergeant's command; instead, it should be about cultivating a sense of joy and fulfillment.
