When we only think of movement as the thing to make our bodies smaller,
no wonder we don't want to do it. We are using exercise as punishment.
When we start to see movement as something we do to help our day AND WE DO A REALLY SMALL AMOUNT EACH DAY, we start to
BECOME A PERSON WHO MOVES.
It's part of our identity. No extrinsic motivation or sticker charts needed because it's who you are.
