After Austin and Amer both go negative on the week, we get together and have one of the more important conversations to date on the podcast. What starts out as a complacency check and admission of guilt on Austin’s part, turns into a broader discussion on the topic of communication.
Amer shares the experiences in his childhood that led to his obsession with public speaking, what he has learned from studying/practicing it, and how it has helped him so far. The main takeaway we get from this is that the more unconscious (not structured) your communication feels, the more captivating you are to the listener. What a valuable lesson for us to learn for the podcast!!!
Have you noticed a difference since we brought the conversational approach back to the podcast? Are we holding your attention any better? Send us a DM on Instagram to let us know!
