Phil Schneider was a man who claimed to have been an engineer who helped design deep underground military bases, and worked on projects with alien material. He lived the last years of his life riddled with cancer, trying to expose the government working with and against grey aliens. He had 12 attempts on his life, with the last being a brutal killing that was ruled a suicide. He claimed to have survived an actual martial confrontation with grey aliens that resulted in him losing most of his left hand.
