Bruno is a professional with vast experience in the football industry with extensive scouting and management experience, spending two decades in the Brazilian top-flight (Série A), the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and the MLS (Major League Soccer).  

As Head of Scouting & Recruiting at San Jose Earthquakes, he is responsible for the Management of the whole scouting and Recruitment department including the 1st team, Reserve (2nd team) and the Youth Academy, Scout and identify the best Domestic and International profile that fits in the club methodology and game model.
