  • He was a champion bodybuilder with 3% body-fat and a Jr. Olympic Gold Medal!
  • He's been on ESPN, written for national fitness magazines, and trained professional athletes.
  • Corey has three certifications and two degrees. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with degrees in Nutrition Science and Allied Health.

Now, Corey's mission is to teach people how to overcome the "bully in their brain." So they can stop constantly stressing over food, finally lose weight, and feel confident in their own skin.
