Jay and Charlie are two good buddies who founded the startup Shanghai-based Baopals.

China has a website called Taobao, which is kind of like ebay except it’s a thousand times bigger and notoriously difficult for expats to navigate.

The guys sought to bridge that gap and all non-Chinese a chance to get some of that sweet sweet Taobao love.
