We give insight into teachers we love and impact us in every way.

 

This is an initial insight and roadmap into tons of transformation in shifting my life in health, wealth, business and creating FIT Life Creation.

 

We will be doing this feature now regularly so stay tuned!

 

This post is inspired by the creators, dreamers, and transformers who are brave enough to transform + inspire + impact.

 

We want to express gratitude for all the ways they serve in the world + transform + inspire + create what they love!

 

 

Highlights

 

1) Our Creator I believe we have a creator and that we are always guided when we listen. When I look back on my life from my conception - in Bulgaria - to being in four countries by the time I was two - it was very clear that the spirit was guiding us. Nothing in our lives was "normal".  It was all supernatural, and has continued to be.

 

2) My Parents -  My first earthly teachers, like many of us, are my parents. They have taught and shown me leaps of faith, fighting for freedom, showing up, overcoming obstacles, selfless and sacrificial love, and so much more.

  

3) Beth Moore -  I first learned about Beth Moore in 2011 from Mount Paran Church. In particular, her Bible Study "Breaking Free" spoke to me.

 

4) Dave Ramsey I first discovered Dave also at Mount Paran in 2011. I took his entire course in 12 weeks as a self-study and in community too!

 

5) Dani Johnson   A few years after leaving Corporate America, I came across a free book offer "First Steps to Wealth" with Dani Johnson. It resonated with many of Dave Ramsey's points in Financial Peace. However, I loved having it in a female perspective. It only intensified my growth.

 

#6 Strategic Coach When I became a full-time entrepreneur in 2011, I realized how many things I did not know. Like Aladdin from Disney, "It Was a Whole New World". From a friend of mine, I got referred to Ed who was in Strategic Coach, an entrepreneurial program that has been around for 20+ years.

 

#7 Herbalife Global Nutrition  first found me in 2013 via my best friend at the time, Isabel Velez. In my first two months, I lost over 15 lbs with adding shakes + beverage mix snack.

Disclaimer: avg weight loss is 0.5 to 1 lb a week with healthy active lifestyle. 

I continue to transform in every way step by step. I also gained an incredible community with our inspirational leader - Garrain Jones + Herbaheroes.

#9 Chalene Johnson

 I first discovered Chalene Johnson when Natalie Minh (a great mentor and friend) told me I reminded her of Chalene! I looked at her info and thought Wow! That is such a great compliment!

 

Chalene Johnson is a world-renowned motivational speaker with more than 30 years as a health expert. She is a New York Times best-selling author, health and lifestyle expert, and top health podcaster!

 

#10 Rachel Hollis

 I first learned about Rachel Hollis from a good friend of mine, Mellie King, who mentioned her book - Girl, Wash Your Face! Right away, I loved her girlfriend, relatable, spiritual, yet also ambitious driving personality to help us create what we love. I've listed to that book now twice and Girl, Stop Apologizing twice.
