As believers, we are encouraged to be content. However, there’s a difference between contentment and in settling with where we are in life and relationships. Settling is dangerous. But—contentment is necessary! We must find the place of contentment in marriage and family life, even as we continue to push forward and pursue all that God has for us every day. In response to all that life brings, the Apostle Paul says that he learned “...the secret of living in every situation…”. May God help us do the same!
