There's a song by Garth Brooks called, "Unanswered Prayers." If you've never heard it, listen to it as soon as you can.  It's a perfect song to listen to in the moment you look up in your life and realize it's completely different than it was 5 years ago, and in a good way.  

There are so many paths we take, and so many journeys we go on in order to discover and uncover the essence of who we are. It's the search for the reason we're here.  Not mankind, but us personally.  Part of our lives have been mapped out and the rest is determined by the choices we make.
