Today we're joined by Justin Georgopoulos and Broder Currie, the highest selling rookie operators within Student Works East to this point in the season. These soon-to-be roommates from London Ontario are chasing down the rookie records in painting & window cleaning this year so we had to bring them on the call to see what motivates them, what their winning formulas are, and whether or not they'll still be sitting on the top of the leaderboards at the end of the summer. These two guys are so confident in themselves that they each agree to put $1000 on the line that they'll finish the year in the #1 position. That's a bold move and you can bet that we'll be holding them accountable to it!

What do Justin and Broder think the strongest mindset is made of? 

1. Gratitude. 
2. The fear of wasting your potential.
