We're a little late in publishing this episode, but nevertheless - here it is!

We've talked before about how important your thoughts and words are, and the role those play in your daily execution. If you're going through a difficult or challenging time, be careful of how the things you think and say. They are a HUGE influence in the way you approach things in your life!

We move onto key indicators in our life that prove our growth over the years. While we're nowhere near where we want to be personally or as a business, it's still important to acknowledge the growth that you have made since starting whatever journey it is that you're on! Reflection is imperative to growth, so acknowledging how far you have or haven't come, and understanding what things have helped you is something that is going to help you continue growing or even START growing in the first place!
