This is a really big time in our world and it's been a long time coming. Our BBIPOC community deserves so much more. I have a lot to learn about being an ally and strong anti-racist and I'm committed to listening, learning and doing better. This episode is a recognition of where I've failed to take a stand, an apology and a commitment to do better. I also share the resources that have been helpful, shared especially for our white listeners and listeners of color who do not identify as Black who want to do better too.
