Ever heard the phrase "Knowing is half the battle won" ?
Basically it means if you know something, you should do better. Yet most people make poor decisions despite the logic of knowing.
Take for example: A product sells for $1000
But as a marketing gimmick it was on sale at $999
The logic of it is $1 discount
The emotional side of your brain says it's a good deal and you made the purchase.
Or putting on seat belt saves lives. Yet when we get into an Uber or Grab at the back, we don't bother putting on the seat belt....
