As some of you know, I recently travelled to Hokkaido.

While there, I went to a place called Aimer, that makes handmade treats using only plant-based ingredients – and most of them are sourced locally!

So, if you're visiting Niseko, you might want to check this place out; it's only about 30 kilometers southwest from there.
