It's easy to equate business growth and scaling with losing the personal touch, but that doesn't have to be the case AT ALL.

In this episode, I'm joined by mindset and messaging mentor Suzy Ashworth and she's sharing some brilliant ideas on how we can all start growing in a different, less automated way.

Your challenge: Make sure you share your homework tagging #yourbizyourrules and @dairecharlotte Trace your steps and figure out why you were born to do what you do. Think about one pivotal moment that happened in the first decade of your life, one in the second, one in the third (etc, etc.) Just go with the first things that come to mind. How do each of these moments connect with what you're doing now? Use this signposts t build your confidence - to show yourself (and your audience) that you were born to do this, and you have the proof! Share a post or Story telling us all about it!
