In this episode, Kristen continues the journey of learning to walk again after being grounded for 3 months. For every new level that we encounter, there may be some pain, discomfort and even swelling. However, those things should not stop our progress. They are only a part of the growth process. Continue learning at your level and never let anyone (including yourself) rush your process!
