#97 | It’s ok to not be at the place where you thought you wanted to be...and the Art of Surrendering

It’s ok to not be at the place where you thought you wanted to be, it’s ok to still feel like there is something to release, to work on, to be calling in, to learn, and allow yourself to grow and expand. Sometimes the subconscious is making the decisions based upon outdated cellular beliefs from karmic experiences.

It is ok to be where we are, it is ok if where we are is not where we “thought” we would be (in the human) - this is where the Art of Surrendering would come in for the Human. 

In this moment of the Art of Surrender - it isn't the job to think our way out of something, it is simply to let ourselves let go, release and then be at peace.

The question is: Can we offer ourselves this experience? The experience of surrender? To allow ourselves to be at peace? To allow ourselves the experience of peace to feel how wonderful it is to be where we are and let go of the future. Be Present now. 

Learning the skill of letting our human surrender and release non-beneficial emotions, stories, attachments, expectations, sadness, sorrow, pain, anger, judgment, regrets, envy, comparisons, and grief is probably the most beneficial tool that I learned some years ago. It took me some practice to really understand the art of it. So when you begin, I encourage you to not give up yet keep practicing until you understand the embodiment of it. 

The Art of Surrendering action will support us to grow from a place of what needed attention.

An example: Surrender to what our body needs - if we need sleep, sleep if we need to move - move if we need to scream, scream if we need to get angry then get angry.

How to do the work:

1. The first is surrendering to what is...

2. The next is to feel what is present & alive - acknowledge (all emotions are valid)

3. The third is to listen to what is present

4. The fourth is to allow what is present

5. The fifth is to be/sit with what is

6. The sixth is to release what is (use energy healing or meditation or some other modality to support you on this) 

7. In the seventh layer once we release then we can call in beneficial energies like calmness, groundedness, etc. Once we feel calm, once there are no more tears to shed, no more anger to shout, no more pain to feel through in remembering a story, no more need to be in the energy of those emotions we surrender more until there is no longer anything to surrender to for the Human. This is how we clear the vessel of the Human to then call in more Light to fill in the spaces of what was just surrendered and cleared.
