Jefflyn provides this attention and develops detailed strategies to help provide women with future retirement income security and peace of mind.Prior to her career at Encore, Jefflyn worked 5 years as a Financial Analysis for the County of San Bernardino, 8 years in banking and 5 years for the Internal Revenue Service as a Collection Officer. She has received a master’s in business administration from Almeda University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. She also has received a Doctorate in Theology from Long Beach Bible College. Most recently she has completed certifications with The American College of Financial Services and the Institute of Business and Finance in Retirement Income Planning and Annunity Specialization. Jefflyn also host's a podcast on retirement "I'm Your Agent" focusing on all things retirement. She is active in church work/community service.
