Money is a great tool and it’s obviously the reason why we all work, but what makes you the most money may not be enjoyable or satisfy your interests, and this is called the golden handcuffs because you begin to feel trapped by the money you're earning. 

In this episode, Austin questions whether or not running his painting business is where he belongs long-term and weighs out other opportunities that may be more stimulating mentally. Amer and John help him see that in order to make the right decision, he needs to decide how this change would fit in with his present and future goals. This is a delicate balancing act between where you WANT to be mentally, and where you NEED to be financially which can be extremely hard to measure against each other, so Amer and John help coach Austin to discover what's important to him so that he can make a more grounded decision.
