Unto an empty chamber
Existent future
- Mark Wanless
***
In Ep. 98 of the Pausecast...we are doing a brief breathwork practice with the mantra, "New doors are always opening for me."
Do you notice the doors around you?
Do you walk through them?
Do you think they are the same old doors maybe, without even considering?
- Reflect on how you walk through (or don't walk through the doors in your life
- Hear what Brendan Bouchard, author of NYT Bestseller High Performance Habits, says whenever he walks through a door
- Reading: What it means to walk through doors using this mantra
- Breath pattern: Halo-active inhale/exhale, then pulse breath (inhale 2x, exhale 2x) which can be great with movement.

If you are experiencing issues with sound quality, I figured out what happened and hopefully this is minimal as I've edited it out, and going forward shouldn't be too much of an issue. Apologies for any poor sound as I realize my audio setting were not optimal.
