The general consensus for most Educated Nigerians moving to the UK / Ireland is that they can't get the best jobs because Employers might favour indigenous candidates or applicants who studied in the UK over them, so they cease to apply for the jobs they deserve.

This in-turn limits these Educated Nigerians to doing 'odd-jobs'. When next you're in a toilet at a night club, be respectful towards the 'Toilet Attendant', they might have 2 degrees but just haven't figured out who they are and what they carry yet.
