Gokul Padmanabhan is the Owner of Restoration Brokers of America.   Gokul has brokered hundreds of sales for restoration company owners.  I have an incredible conversation with him about business, growing and eventually selling.  There are so many takeaways from this conversation that I feel a lot of owners are not thinking about, me included.  For me, I focus a lot on working and providing value to the customer, but I have not thought about or dedicated enough time to build my business as my investment.  This is one of my favorite conversations I've had and I learned a lot talking with Gokul.  I can not wait to talk to him again and in fact, have already scheduled our next conversation.  Grab a notepad before you listen to this one!
