Today is election day, and there's a lot of anxiety.

Who will win?

How will that affect me and those I care about?

Will the results be accepted?

Will there be violence?

There's a lot to worry about.

The fact is that for most of us, the sun will rise tomorrow like it did yesterday. You'll get up, take a shower, go to work (hopefully), and go on with your life.

It is important to be aware and involved in the national issues, but you can make a greater difference by focusing on ways you can increase your own capacities.

Build your own business. Build your own network. Build your own resources.

Then, when you engage in social change and politics, you have far more to call upon to make the world a better place.

"They" want you to spend the next month thinking about the election and not focusing on increasing your own power. Don't listen to them. Build your own greatness!
