In March 2020, the Beck Center for the Arts in Lakewood launched a major fundraising campaign to update and renovate its campus. Two years later, in spite of the pandemic, the campaign has proven to be a hit and now is in its final phase. Beck Center president and CEO Lucinda Einhouse talked with The Landscape about how the generosity of individual donors has been the backbone of the campaign so far, and how the renovations will allow the institution to better serve the community as the Beck approaches its 90th anniversary.
