Rameil Pitamber was sent to prison in 2013 for armed robbery at the age of 17. The detective that sent him to prison was Brian Nugent of the Avon Police Department in Indiana. Brian is now the Deputy Chief there, Rameil now owns his own Heating & Air business and they're the best of friends. This is their story.
